It features 3,500 narrow steps over 13 stories, descending roughly 30 meters (100 feet) to conserve water and provide a cool, social gathering spot.

  • Purpose: Designed to harvest rainwater and provide a reprieve from the intense, dry heat, as the air at the bottom is 5-6°C cooler than the surface.
